Recently I found this Saab ad in the automobile section of the local Sunday Paper. It caught my attention because I work with the woman who was involved in the accident. But, after reading the story it was clear that this family bought a Saab for a specific reason. The engineering.

They believed it was a well made car that was worth the extra cost. Saab is not a big seller in the USA. But, Saab advertising is all about performance, safety and engineering. People who buy Saabs research cars carefully before buying. These customers are not following the crowd. They are making their own decision based on how the car is engineered. Volvo owners are probably similar.

Haven Spa customers are exactly the same. They independently research important purchases. They are not satisfied with scripted sales presentations and slick brochures. By the time they discover the Haven website they are anxious for some facts. Reliability, performance and safety engineering are the key.
